Why do we do it? Our mission is simple, and not impossible: give enterprises the tools they need to run their business better and free themselves from the legacy SaaS shackles. It is a wellestablished fact that SaaS retention comes more from captivity than from loyalty. In fact, most of the growth of the SaaS public – and presumably, also private – companies comes from price increases.
