Metafore has completed its SOC 2 Type 1 examination

We are glad to share that Metafore has completed its SOC 2® Type 1 examination, with an independent third-party auditor issuing a report on the design of our security controls as of a specific point in time. For a company whose customers place their most sensitive data and their most important processes in our hands, having that work reviewed and validated by an outside party is a meaningful step, and one we have been building toward since the earliest days of the platform.
Trust sits at the center of what it means to be an AI-Native transformation platform. When an enterprise gives cognitive agents the ability to sense, reason, and act across its operations, it is extending a great deal of confidence to the systems doing that work. We take that seriously, which is why security, access governance, and operational discipline are designed into the platform rather than added afterward. The SOC 2 Type 1 report gives our customers independent evidence that these controls are in place and structured the way we describe them.
Reaching this milestone reflects the effort of teams across Metafore who have treated security as part of how we build, not a box to check before a launch. It also strengthens the foundation we continue to develop as the platform grows and as more enterprises rely on it to run work that matters to their business and their own customers.
This is a starting point in a longer commitment. We will keep investing in the controls, the governance, and the transparency that give the enterprises we serve every reason to trust Metafore with the work they cannot afford to get wrong.
