Meet Moli

Moli is a passenger-facing AI agent that lives on your phone or on a kiosk in the terminal. She speaks your language, all languages, and her job is to make sure you never feel lost, rushed, or uninformed while you're traveling.

She handles the questions passengers actually have in the moment: How long is the security line right now? Which terminal do I need? Where's the nearest bathroom? Where should I grab food before boarding? Do I have lounge access, and how do I get there?

What We Showed at Airport of the Future

At MWC Barcelona, the Airport of the Future pavilion gave us the chance to put Moli in front of an audience that understood the stakes: aviation operators, airport authorities, airline executives, and technology leaders who deal with the complexity of modern terminal operations every day.

We ran personalized interactive demos built around three passenger scenarios showing how cognitive agents can sense, reason, and act across interconnected systems to deliver a coordinated experience:

Smart departure timing. Moli determines the optimal time for you to leave for the airport, factoring in real-time traffic, transport options, baggage drop wait times, and security congestion. No more two-hour buffers based on guesswork.

Intelligent delay management. When your flight is delayed, Moli helps you make smarter choices by comparing food options, lounge access and capacity, cost, comfort, and amenities, all in real time, calibrated to the length of your delay and your preferences.

Dynamic hub navigation. Moli maps your gates, calculates walking times, and adapts your route dynamically as conditions shift inside complex terminals. If the connection is at risk, she flags it before you have to ask.

The response on the floor was strong. People immediately understood the value of an AI agent that knows what's happening inside the airport, minute by minute, and can act on it.
